Harrison LeFrois
Associate Attorney

WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS?
I graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2024. Before starting at Safe Harbor Estate Law, I worked as an immigration attorney in the Twin Cities where my legal practice focused on family-based and humanitarian immigration. I made the switch to estate planning and elder law and have been with Safe Harbor since September 2025.
Prior to law school, my background was mainly in mathematics and physics. My enjoyment and comfort in working with numbers is a tremendous benefit in my current work with Medical Assistance and Asset Protection cases. These cases often involve complicated calculations regarding a person’s assets and income, making it critical to work with an attorney that has a familiarity and ability to carry out the work with precision. I am grateful for the chance to utilize my talents in this area to help my clients protect what matters most.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
As transplants to Minnesota, my wife and I love exploring the state, especially further north by Lake Superior. I also enjoy trying new restaurants, travelling, browsing used bookstores, and learning languages.
What do you like most about estate planning and elder law?
I like that estate planning and elder law allows me to help clients be proactive in preventing problems later in their life in a concrete way. I love the opportunity to work closely with families and to hear their stories as we navigate a highly technical and complex area of law together.
Fun Fact:
I speak Spanish and am learning Russian.
