If you are looking for a fast-paced and positive team environment with professional growth potential, then look no further. Our estate planning and elder law firm is growing and we’re looking for a superstar Legal Assistant... a team player who is a quick-learner with strong administrative skills, computer savvy and wants to be our ambassador of first impressions.

Our founder and managing attorney is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping our clients protect their assets and their loved ones. We want everyone to have the protection that a carefully crafted estate plan provides, and we need a Legal Assistant who genuinely wants to help people understand the importance of estate planning and to help them navigate the services we offer. We pride ourselves on helping our clients achieve their goals while providing an outstanding client experience.

We have set our sights on being a “go-to firm” for estate and elder law in St. Paul, Minnesota. We are focused on rapid growth, but are still small enough to care about every team member and client. Currently, we need someone who can help us take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact with the firm, preparing legal documents and providing general administrative support. Ideally, you will have experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, but we are willing to train the right Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist or service-minded office professional.
