Controller

The Controller is a key financial leader responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization’s accounting and reporting functions. This role oversees all aspects of financial management, including day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Controller plays a strategic role as an advisor to executive leadership. This role analyzes trends, identifies risks, and provides recommendations that drive business performance and long-term growth. Leading and developing the finance team, the Controller fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across departments.

Client Relations Specialist (Sales)

The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) focuses on building strategic referral relationships and converting potential clients through outreach, networking, follow-ups, and sales meetings, while also reinforcing the firm’s values and maintaining connections with former clients.

Medicaid Associate Attorney

The Medicaid Associate Attorney is responsible for advising clients on Medicaid long-term care eligibility and strategies to protect assets while complying with federal and state regulations. This role involves supervising, preparing Medicaid applications, developing and implementing asset protection plans, including Medicaid-compliant annuities, and guiding clients through the process. The attorney works closely with clients and internal team members to deliver high-quality legal services and ensure a seamless client experience.
