Receptionist & Marketing
The Receptionist & Marketing role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in supporting overall marketing efforts. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing sales and marketing administrative support, including assisting with evening marketing events.
In addition, this role will provide general administrative support, help to maintain a welcoming office environment, and act as backup for greeting and seating clients.
Medicaid & Asset Protection, Planning and Application Paralegal
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. Medicaid & Asset Protection, Planning and Application Legal Assistant
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? Safe Harbor Estate Law is seeking a dynamic Legal Assistant to join our compassionate and driven legal team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our firm, particularly in supporting our medical assistance (MA) practice area. This role will be doing work related to Medicaid as well as asset protection, planning, and application.
As the gatekeeper of our firm’s legal process, you will work closely with attorneys, clients, and external agencies to keep cases on track and ensure exceptional client service. Your work will contribute directly to improving the lives of seniors and families navigating complex healthcare and legal systems.
Medicaid Associate Attorney
The Medicaid Associate Attorney is responsible for advising clients on Medicaid long-term care eligibility and strategies to protect assets while complying with federal and state regulations. This role involves supervising, preparing Medicaid applications, developing and implementing asset protection plans, including Medicaid-compliant annuities, and guiding clients through the process. The attorney works closely with clients and internal team members to deliver high-quality legal services and ensure a seamless client experience.
