What Are Your Qualifications?

I graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul in 2020 with a B.A. in English: Literature & Writing, and I earned my A.A. in Liberal Arts with an English concentration from Des Moines Area Community College in Iowa in 2018. Throughout my academic journey, I completed a range of internships in communications, writing, and social media marketing, which allowed me to develop a solid foundation in professional hard skills. Additionally, my experience in several customer service roles has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to effectively serve and collaborate with clients.

What Do You Do In Your Spare Time?

In my spare time, my husband and I love spending time outdoors and make the most of the short Minnesota summers by exploring local hiking trails, playing pickleball, rollerblading around our neighborhood, and visiting state parks. When winter arrives, we enjoy watching movies, especially unique dramas and thrillers. I also dedicate time to volunteering at my church in Blaine, where I serve as an adult small group leader and assist with children’s ministry.

What Do You Like Most About Estate Planning And Elder Law?

What I love most about estate planning and elder law is the opportunity to hear each person’s unique story and help them plan for the future. I truly believe that everyone has an important story to tell. Building lasting relationships with clients at Safe Harbor is incredibly fulfilling. A little empathy goes a long way, and I feel fortunate to work for a firm that not only understands but also actively embraces this approach in its daily operations.

Fun Fact:

I have a deep love for theater, especially musicals! I participated on stage throughout high school, which helped me become more outgoing as an adult. In 2015, I had the chance to travel with a group of peers to London, where I saw Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, and The Mousetrap. I also saw Hamilton during its 2018 tour and try to attend local performances at the Guthrie/Orpheum whenever I can. Some of my favorite musicals include Wicked, Sweeney Todd, and Les Misérables.
