HERE IS THE TRANSCRIPT FROM THIS VIDEO
Client: My wife and I have four kids and, you know, oftentimes wondered if we should fly on the same plane because we hadn’t made any provision, and if we had no provision I was fearful of what was going to happen to what we had saved. Hopefully that, you know, we want to do and you’ll be able to benefit our own kids.
It became clear to us that we needed to plan ahead and Margaret had handled, you know, other matters with expert care. She always listened extremely well, understood things from various points of view, and I respected that she listened, understood what we wanted, and was in a position to prepare our trusts exactly as we needed.
Right from the start of the process, Margaret was extremely attentive to our needs, our desires. Always in the background was her awareness of the law and how to do things properly. I was very conscious of the fact that she was an extremely ethical person. I’ve learned to trust her a great deal. She listens carefully, she communicates clearly, she’s mindful of talking to all the people who are engaged in the process. She wants to make sure that everybody understands fully what’s going on.
It’s not just a financial transaction, this becomes a very personal process and what might be hidden initially as you start moving through the process becomes very apparent. People’s feelings, the nature of relationships, Margaret has all of that in mind.
I would recommend Safe Harbor. The personal attention that we got and her ability to help you negotiate those dynamics in a positive way was tremendous, and so it took what could have been a very difficult process and turned it into an education of sorts, but also it was positive all the way along.
